From Sandpoint

Zantus.jpg Father Abstalar Zantus
When the Sandpoint chapel burnt to the ground in 4702 AR, killing the town's priest, Ezakien Tobyn, his position in the town was filled by his top acolyte, Abstalar Zantus. Though Father Zantus is himself a cleric of Desna, his role as high-priest requires him to be open to other faiths, and he is more than willing and open to assist followers of other gods with spiritual matters. Father Zantus accompanied the party to Thistletop and bravely risked his life to help bring down Nualia and her cronies.
Ameiko.JPG Ameiko Kaijitsu
Former adventuring bard and proprietor of the Rusty Dragon, the most popular tavern in Sandpoint. A member of the town's small aristocracy, she is the eldest daughter of Lonjiku Kaijitsu and Atsuii Kaijitsu, and sister of Tsuto. She holds an open dislike of Cyrdak Drokkus. Ameiko was rescued from Tsuto by the party, and Rincewind especially stood up for her against her father. She has a special relationship with Rincewind, and altogether trusts and cares for the party. She has offered them permanent lodgings and meals at her Rusty Dragon tavern.
BelorHemlock.jpg Sheriff Belor Hemlock
Shaonti male, sheriff of Sandpoint for the past five years. Belor has made a fast friendship with the party as they've helped him stop the goblin invaders. He has deputized them to help investigate the recent Sandpoint murders. Belor is in a not-so-secret relationship with Kaye Tesarani, who runs Sandpoint's brothel, the Pixie's Kitten.
Shalelu.jpg Shalelu
Although Shalelu Andosana is something of a mystery to the residents of Sandpoint, she’s certainly one of the town’s most admired defenders. She doesn’t actually live in town, but she sometimes spends the night at the Rusty Dragon free of charge, thanks to her long friendship with Ameiko Kaijitsu. Everyone in town knows that Shalelu is something of a loner and prefers to spend her time wandering in and exploring the wilderness around Sandpoint. She has a deal with Mayor Deverin that she will report goblin activity somewhat frequently to Sandpoint, as she spends most of her time in the hinterlands around the town. She has been missing since she first reported that the goblins were uniting at Thistletop.
ShaylissVinder.png Shayliss Vinder
Shayliss Vinder is the younger sister of Katherine Vinder, and the daughter of local merchant Karl Vinder. She is open and friendly. Shayliss is infamous locally for her open and friendly nature, but she has managed to keep word of her trysts mostly silenced (until her father caught her with Heggun in their shop basement). She enjoys her activities so much that she has even considered moving to Magnimar to join a brothel, though she expects that would take some of the fun out of it, nevermind giving her father a stroke. After being caught, she has been forced to begin formally courting Heggun (and vice versa). She doesn't mind at all, as the halfling seems to have caught her attention more than anyone has in the past.
Brodertquint.jpg Brodert Quink
Sandpoint scholar, Brodert has many theories that are regarded by his peers as fantasy. Rincewind contacted Brodert through his friend Chask Haladan, owner of the Curious Goblin bookstore. Brodert offered some wisdom regarding the ancient empire of Thassilon.
CyrdakDrokkus.jpg Cyrdak Drokkus
This flamboyant bard is the owner and sole financier of the Sandpoint Theater. Having had to flee Magnimar for reasons unknown, he takes great pride in competing directly with their playhouses on a regular basis. Although he habitually flirts with any young woman who crosses his path, his romantic relationship with the paladin Sir Jasper Korvaski is one of Sandpoint's worst-kept secrets. For some reason, he and the town's other prominent bard, Ameiko Kaijitsu, don't get along. The two of them rarely miss an opportunity to insult or slander each other, but neither has seen fit to explain the cause of their rivalry.
Deverin.jpg Mayor Kendra Deverin
Kendra Deverin has served as Sandpoint's mayor since 4702 AR. Lawmaker, judge, and general peacemaker, she has proven to be both an adept diplomat and stern hand when need be, both skills honed during her youth in Magnimar. With a personal—some say sisterly—style of governing, most of Sandpoint's citizens hold deep respect for their fiery-haired mayor.
Zaesho.jpg Zaesho Aesharo
This young varisian grew up in the most unlikely of places: in service to the noble House Goram of Magnimar along with his mother, Ilorina. At age seventeen he left Magnimar to join the travellers of clan Aredjoa. There, Zaesho used his knowledge of the interests of Lord Goram and the nobles of Magnimar to suggest new profitable routes to the Aredjoa leader, Irvarto. This enabled the clan to travel to the far-flung corners of the Varisian continent and garnered Zaesho respect in spite of his shameful beginnings. Zaesho thus quickly became influential in the clan and few contested his assumption of power when Irvarto perished at the hands of a hill giant.

The Black Spider used this map to locate the cave and assault Gundren's brothers who were camped there. Eventually the party (joined by Gundren's cousin Kun) rescued Gundren from Cragmaw Castle, and Kun used a revivify scroll to heal him. With their old friend, the party went to Wave Echo Cave, found Tharden dead, rescued Nundro, and eventually liberated the cave of evil. Gundren is now a loyal ally of the party and their business partner.

In the absence of any local lord or authority, the exchange also serves as an unofficial records office, registering claims to various streams and excavations around the area. There isn't any real gold rush, but enough wealth is hidden in the nearby streams and valleys to support a good number of independent prospectors. In her attempts to establish the Miner's Exchange as the closest thing the town has to a governing authority, she acts as more than a simple merchant.
female%20human.jpg Linene Graywind
Wife of Arturo and sharp-tongued human woman of thirty-five years, Linene sells weapons and armor, and she has a few scruples. She won't sell to anyone she thinks might be a threat to the town. Among those with whom she has refused business are the Redbrands. Hanging above the front door of her modest trading post is a sign shaped like a wooden shield with a blue lion painted on it. This shop is owned by the Lionshields, a merchant company based in the city of Korvosa.
city_guard_by_windmaker-d57hjsk.jpg Deputy Oleg

He lives in Thundertree and helped Ost cleanse the taint of the region with a powerful magical artifact recovered from the Venomfang dragon hoard by the party. This leaf-shaped artifact contains the essence or soul of a powerful nature-creature who died in the region decades ago, and whose death caused the devastation of Thundertree.
toblen.png Toblen Stonehill
The proprietor of the Stonehill Inn is a short, friendly young human male named Toblen Stonehill. He came to Ravenmoor to prospect, but soon realized that he knew a lot more about running an inn than he did about mining. Toblen is married to Trilena and they have a son named Pip.

From Magnimar

sildar.jpg Sir Sildar Hallwinter
A devout paladin in his fifties and a loyal warrior of the noble Magnimar Lords Alliance, Sildar was rescued by the party at the Cragmaw Hideout.
